I was a 1st time buyer and let me tell you I would tell anyone looking should go to them. I was under knowledged. They were willing to tell me do's and don't even if i was not going to buy from them. they gave me all the know how before the sale made sure I was making the right choice NOT based in the price. Then I had learning problems since I was new to this I literally called them 2 times a wk for the 1st 3wks they were very welcoming and understanding helped me every step of the way to cleaning Gen maintenance and yes even turning it back on 1 time ? ? but they continue to check on me making sure I m happy. We purchased our SwimSpa from them last Fall and we absolutely love it! The beauty of it is you can use it as a hot tub or a swimming pool, so it offers year around usage. We didn't have any issues with our HOA (but ALWAYS check first!). And this company is fantastic to work with. Ed, Dawn and their staff are so helpful. It has been a great experience! Highly recommend.

I have been remiss in not reviewing this place. We were debating a hot tub, mostly as a draw for our young adult kids! Walked in here with my daughter and we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. They were so helpful and informative. We pulled the trigger the same day and had our hot tub delivered, installed and running within a week. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Novice hot tub owners I had called with questions and they are always patient and friendly. Bought in Nov 2024 in time for family Thanksgiving and we love it. It gets a lot of use. With all the snow and ice kids snapped an arm of the cover lift so we just retuned to purchase new... read full review
