DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! This was my first time ever doing anything with color to my hair, and I asked for a balayage. I left not seeing exactly what was done, but I had to go for a family dinner. I took these pictures the next day. Absolutely awful!!! I wish I could give no stars!! The person, Vicki, couldn't even say balayage correctly so I knew it mightve been bad but I didn't think it wouldbe turned out this way. My friend fixed it the next week and when I called and nicely asked for a refund, the manager was very rude and said i didn't follow the policy by letting them look at it and TRY to fix it. Like what? Try? When i stated that no one told me their policy and it wasn't on their website, she kept persisting that I cant have my money back when I paid over $100 for it. There are obvious foil lines, and she even fried some of my hair.. The person who redid my hair was very confident and achieved what I wanted, but it took 6 hours to fix! If you need somewhere to go that is fixed on color or ombre or balayage especially, DONT COME HERE!

I followed a stylist from another shop here. Theresa keeps my hair under control and makes me laugh the whole appointment. It's a clean shop with a friendly staff.

My hair was a mess when I entered but had bounce and life when I left. Normally I get my hair cut at the mall, which can be sketchy. The price wasn't too bad at all. I can't wait to see the place after the renovations are done. I'll definitely be coming back.
