Diane cuts all of my boys hair, she is very patient and great with them, they are always happy after leaving there and she does a fantastic job, we are most definitely forever customers, thanks Diane for always greeting us with a smile and doing a great Job.

I did not care for the service here, the greeter who also cut my hair didn't seem to want to be there and was visible annoyed. I showed what I wanted and stated I wanted the sides and back shorter, she cut my hair as fast as she could go, pulling my hair, nicking my ear, she then proceeded to shave the back of my neck, asked me if I wanted to shampoo my hair and I said only if it would help with the haircut, which she explained that it was already done. Never asked me what I thought or if something needed correction and instead of saying something I'd rather take the loss and leave disappointed, I tipped 10 dollars on a 29 dollar haircut but that tip was a lie. I just didn't want to wait for my change. This place overcharges anyways and I'm sure maybe the other people working there could have done better but I'm not coming back. Even my wife noticed a patch left uncut in the back, which adds insult to Injury.
