Had the pleasure of getting a call from this tow service. He was vary nice and professional and with a towing company it can be a pain. But he pick my car up and took it to the repair shop and he touched base with me through it all. You don’t know how I appreciate that as a customer. Thank you again and if you want a responsible towing service give them a call you wont regret it. 10/10 all around thank you again and god speed keep safe

First- shout out to Great Lakes towing for helping me during a traumatic time. The driver who came to pick up my vehicle from the accident was so kind a reassuring, tried to be as helpful as he possibly could while still maintaining what he needed to do and at the speed he had to get it all done with getting the intersection cleared out. I hit a small snag at one point when contacting the company to gain access to my vehicle for something that was important but in comes Jim Michael to save the day and rectify the issue like a damn superhero. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard the scrape of your car being slowly dragged onto a flatbed. But if you have, you understand the feeling of relief that I felt when I called Great Lakes Towing who promised to bring a dolly that does not require that excruciating dragging process for my Tesla Model 3 that died JUST DOWN THE STREET FROM THE CHARGER. A godsend is how I would describe their help that day. I will always recommend their service if you are in a jam and need your vehicle towed in Southern Michigan.
