called them around 10 pm after waiting on another company for almost 3 hours! they came in about 20 minutes !! The whole process from pick up to drop off was less than an hour! very friendly and efficient! And very much appreciated!
Joe of Tow Broz was on the scene in twenty minutes after being dispatched! This was after waiting FOUR HOURS for Total Car Care (Livonia, MI), who KNEW they were backed up, but accepted the job anyway. They should change their name to TOTAL F'N BS!
