Went into Best Buy to buy an iPhone 14. I was told they had what I needed in stock, however, the person who activated my carrier wasn't there and we would have to return. We return the following day around noon, this time a different person tells me they have what I need in stock but the person who activates my carrier wasn't there, and I should come back again tomorrow. I protested and said I don't need help activating my phone and I'll just buy it out right, she says she can't sell it to me unless they activate it and I would have to come back a third time the next day, at which time a third party involved herself in the discussion, escalating it. They were not fair to me. I called it Hope's that the Geek Squad could help me recover photos from my old phone to the new one. I agreed to a call back when it was my turn, but I never received a call back, and when I called them back I was told that they would not accept any calls from my number. Because of a deadline I lost some valuable pictures.

Stopped in to buy a new Samsung television. Had to wait a bit because the TV department was a little busy. Once he was done with his customer Austyn asked if he could help. Yes he could. Very knowledgeable and informative. Gave us pros and cons of different models. Made it very easy to pick a television and feel good about it. Very happy with his assistance.
