Highly recommend. Fairly priced, very responsive and professional, and knocked the job out in a day. Very much a ‘no BS’ company, which I appreciate.
I called 7 different egress window companies to get quotes. Because there was only a 5 ft gap between the house and the fence, several said they couldn’t do the job. Others said they would have to hand dig which would increase the fee by about $1,000.
Not only did Firescape’s quote come out the cheapest, but even though they couldn’t get their mini-excavator in the gap and ended up having to hand dig it, they still honored the quoted price.

Installed a window for us 3 years ago, and the window is holding up great! No leaks, still looks new. They had to remove a section of fence to get their equipment in my backyard, but they also put it back together the same way when they left. I would definitely recommend them to install an egress window for a friend.
