I found Jessyka by chance and have been seeing her on a regular since December( 6+ months) Never any irritation!!!I can't ever feel them on and they always look amazing!!!”

“Overall opinion: Professional, efficient, clean, reasonably priced. I've been going to Mackenzie at The Lash Station for lash extensions since May 2021. Before her, I had no idea lash extensions could be comfortable! The glue and lashes that she uses don't irritate or burn at all; which is what I used to experience. Mackenzie is very professional and her work is impeccable. I generally get fills every 2 weeks but I could go 3 weeks. The shop is nice. I love the private rooms with the reclining chairs as opposed to a table. Much more comfortable! They make it very easy to schedule appointments; I generally schedule with the receptionist as I am paying. But if I have to reschedule, you can do so in their app and it's no frills. I love it. My appointments are generally 45-60 minutes and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment to start.”

Had my lashes done a week ago and every day multiple have been falling out.<br>These were absolutely stunning when I got them but within days they were falling off. The edge of one eye is completely empty. I’ve followed after care to the letter and still they’re just falling out.<br>No way to call to talk to my stylist, the main number is to a random phone agent who isn’t even located in the salon. Only way to get fixed is to book a service and secure with CC. I don’t feel comfortable doing that.<br>I would have even paid to have some added back to the corners but now daily I am seeing multiple fall outs.<br><br>UPDATE: Manager Lena reached out to me and offered a replacement set at no charge. I am very happy with the customer service. To reach out and offer to make it right was truly appreciated.”
