“I’m giving 5 stars because I’ve been coming here for a long time and have always had great experiences, but I do want to share feedback about one visit.

My appointment with Mha was very disappointing. I asked for a cleanup, but my brows were thinned out significantly and my arch was removed. When I mentioned it, I was told the tint would make them look thicker. I was also told to remove the tint MYSELF, first she said 2 hours, then 1 hour but within 30 minutes my brows were burning. When I removed it, the tint was patchy and my skin was irritated.

I returned the next day and the rest of the staff was amazing — they were kind, apologetic, and did their best to fix my brows. I really appreciated how they handled the situation.“
