The unimaginable happened and my father-in-law got stuck going into the wall there. His casket was literally hanging half in half out of the wall for about half an hour. Multiple family members are in that wall and never have we experienced this. They had to get out a backhoe and shove him in. It felt like an eternity watching this. Our other loved ones where being shook around in that wall also. Are they okay now? His casket is completely damaged in the wall and that's all I think about day and night. 50 family members and friends had to witness this. Obviously the wall isn't in the same shape it was when it was built so that needs looked into as our family has more spots purchased in that same wall still waiting on family. We had to witness our families most beloved man go through this without a word of condolences from the cemetery about it. Absolutely disgusting. I give negative 10 stars this time. I personally will not use this place for myself. I will never put my children through that. That is someone's father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather. I personally felt like he was disrespected and the whole thing could have been prevented

6/15/25: STAY AWAY WORST CEMETERY EVER. I never thought it mattered what cemetery you choose for loved ones, BUT IT DOES. And it has been a nightmare. it is now over a month ago that we were told (see response below) that Cadillac Cemetery was committed to updating my father-in-laws stone. Today on Father’s Day as family went to the cemetery the stone is STILL NOT updated. This is unacceptable. What is it going to take for the cemetery to do what should have been done 2 years ago. 4/29/25 My father-in-law passed away over 2 years ago and Cadillac Memorial still has not updated his tombstone with the date he passed. My husband has called several times in the past two years and is always told by Landon it will be taken care of but never is.

My father passed away 12.14.24 and Landon S. was great. Made everything smooth and easy. Explained everything and I left with no questions. Thank you Landon.

I loved this cemetery. Thought it was beautiful. I have my grandfather, my mother, and other family buried there. Never had an issue with decorating the grave. It’s a way to bring offerings to my dead. However, recently even though my family has decorated these graves since the date of death, 2+ years, they decided to take up ALL decorations and throw them away. Without warning with a phone call. They didn’t give any time to grab the items left there. Very disappointing and sad. The thing is what if they were just deceased. Like I’m sure happened with someone else where they brought offerings and it was just ripped up and thrown away. In this situation there is no compassion. When burying my dead they were very nice people but I don’t understand why’d they start doing this after so long of being able to bring these offerings now all of a sudden no more? And you just THROW it AWAY. I wanted to be buried here with my family when that day comes, but now I’m having second thoughts.

I had a very big concern with the cemetary, but after a meeting with the general manager and 2 other employees they made sure I was satisfied and showed much concern and compassion. I feel very comfortable keeping them as our family and extended families cemetary

The fact that this cemetery, or any cemetery for that matter, would employ a lawn maintenance crew with extreme lack of empathy for others is disheartening! The state of my grandfather’s grave less than 2 weeks after we buried him is utterly appalling. His very fresh grave appears to have been ran over several times with a lawnmower then trampled over on foot, leaving the dirt caved-in; As a direct result of their negligence, my other grandfather’s headstone bench located adjacent to this one, is now sinking in. My grandmother left the cemetery in tears. Decorations left on the grave were removed. When I brought it to the attention of the cemetery staff via email, their claim was that the decorations go against their policy. Okay, fine… HOWEVER, they failed to address other neighboring gravesites that have multiple non-permitted items: solar lights, wires, fencing, sculptures, and far more than the ONE arrangement of flowers allowed per gravesite. So once again, I emailed them regarding this, and they never replied. Interesting! My boyfriend also called and left a voicemail 3 days ago and they never bothered to return his call either. It appears to me that their decorations policy applies to only a few graves, and not ALL. If you’re looking for a place you can actually cherish and memorialize your loved ones, keep looking……

I would give zero stars if I could. “Baby-land “ is a mess. Grave stones are overgrown, branches everywhere. Looks like nobody cares. I live out of state and was there to visit my sons grave. I wanted to cry.
