“I switched to this vet after being quoted for a $4-$5k surgery for a dime sized bump on my 11-year-old cat. The previous vet (that I had been with for 7 years) did not aspirate the bump or even thoroughly pull away his fur to get a good look at it. Dr. Ast was kind, spent sufficient time with me and my pet, and then drained what turned out to be a fluid filled cyst in less than 5 minutes with a needle so fine that aftercare is not needed. $90 later and the bump that stressed me out for a month is no more. While it is likely to return, I will take occasional draining of a small cyst any day over putting my senior cat under anesthesia for a $5k surgery. I should say that I waited longer than expected; however, I know it was due to a very hard appointment for a pet and owner that I walked in with. I will wait anytime knowing that this vet spent time comforting an owner and pet in a very delicate time. Both of my cats will now be coming to this location full time. Highly recommend!“

I was in an out in less than an hour and for the amount of things needed, I consider that a decent turnaround! They even gave me tips on how to keep my dog calm for future visits. “I want to give a big shout out to Dr. Clark, Dr. Anderson, Diana and everyone else at Nichols vet clinic that have taken such good care of my pups over the years! Just in the last year Dr. Clark has done a great job spaying all 3 of my (Sadie's) puppies, Meadow, Allie, and Ivy! Ivy's spay was not even 2 weeks ago and she is almost completely healed and can't wait to rejoin her sisters to catch up on play time! Each time I dropped my pups off for their big day, Diana was there to greet them and made sure they were as comfortable as possible! She even told me I could call and ask for her throughout the day to check on them. I was at ease to know they were all in good hands.
