“Came in as a referral from Animal Emergency center in rochester -I couldn't be happier with the level of care, detail and reassurance from Dr. wycislak , Although i'm terrified still of a seizure happening again, i have much more confidence knowing that the dr is on our side/ team to help us through any future episodes or switching up treatment plans if necessary . I arrived terrified and traumatized and left feeling more confident and understanding of seizures in dogs and have peace of mind with a spray to administer if necessary- thank you so much Dr. W and team!!! we hope to never see you again ? but if this ends up being more consistent then at least I know I have you! My dog needs to be sedated for grooming due to past trauma that left him fearful of people, and Dr. G has helped us in ways no one else would—or even understood. “On Saturday 6/7/25 I had to have my 17 yr old cat Georgio put down. Dr Myers and her tech Ashlie were absolutely phenomenal. Although I am heartbroken to lose my baby. “Been there twice so far with my cat and dog, they are so patient and kind! My dog was panicking and they were fantastic with him. Very affordable too!!“

“Our 14 year old dog has a very aggressive bone cancer. She had a full leg and shoulder amputation to remove the tumor and affected bone. The surgeon is very skilled at what she does. Our dog is now receiving chemo and taking the treatment very well. She is very happy, active and no longer in pain.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.

Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Dukes was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She was also very understanding of the situation and even gave me a discount and antibiotics at a very fair price, which I truly appreciated.
What could have been a very stressful experience during an already busy time of year was handled with such kindness, clear communication, and urgency. I felt completely confident that my puppy was in excellent hands and that Dr. Dukes genuinely cares about her patients and their owners. I am extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Dukes and her office to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and compassionate veterinarian.“
