Waxing the City

Kiara was wonderful. I always dread Brazilian waxes but she made the process smooth and as painless as possible. A lot of times I feel like people make me feel bad for not being consistent with my waxes but Kiara was not pushy at all. She was nice to talk to and made me very comfortable. Thank you Kiara! I will never go to anyone else!

Nice looking studio and staff was friendly but I was disappointed by my brow henna experience. The lines weren’t clean, the color was too dark and the dye job was splotchy. I was upset and my brow artist was understanding, empathetic. I appreciated that. Ultimately she removed as much as she could and comped the service. I’d like to try again, with another artist- I haven’t lost hope on the idea!

Today was the first time I ever experienced a Brazilian wax. That said, I was beyond happy with the customer service I received from Nina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She walked me through each phase of the process, as well as, provided me with detailed information regarding after care. I scheduled an appointment with her for later this week for additional waxing services. I will also be signing up for the Club Orange Membership and visiting Nina monthly moving forward.Service: Brazilian waxing
