I just had a huge phone issue& I’m a 1st time customer here @14 mile & Orchard lake location. A big thank you to Raina! My phone was repaired so quickly & it functions perfectly as promised! So grateful for great customer service! My kids & I were treated so good! Easiest 5 star I’ve ever handed out!
Couldn't have been happier! Both guys who work there are named Jason and they both were fabulous. Quickly diagnosed and confirmed that I needed a new battery. Fix was quick I was just able to sit there and they were done. I was able to watch them interacting with other clients and it was nothing but professional all the way. I have a 1-year warranty should anything go wrong. Will definitely come back. The only thing I'd like to suggest is that you put a store like this closer like in Rochester or Clarkston. Keep up the great work.
I have had several instances where I needed my phone repaired right away. They repaired my phone within minutes, assisted me with my claim. Very professional with attention to detail.
