I am thrilled to say that after my first visit I was already moving towards better health! After 4 months I'm moving freely, feeling stronger everywhere, and genuinely relieved at how quickly I was able to heal. Thank you so much, Dr. David, Dr. Josh, and Peggy.
Today, I experienced the mHBOT chamber and infrared sauna. It was awesome! I didn't want my sessions to end (: Tabitha was so sweet and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect. I felt so comfortable I nearly fell asleep during my sessions. Upon leaving I felt very refreshed! I look forward to going back (: Thanks Rise Up Wellness!
Just switched to them a few months ago for chiropractic adjustments and see Dr.Josh and very happy with the progress I've made so far and feel so much better! He and Dr.David are great. They both talked to me about proper posture and gave me suggestions on how to improve this as well as some exercises to try. He is also very thorough in his adjustments and uses different forms of manipulation. Everyone in the office is such a delight! I'm so glad I found them.
