I have loved the after effects of using the sauna! I feel like my skin glows and my whole body feels great!
Today, I experienced the mHBOT chamber and infrared sauna. It was awesome! I didn't want my sessions to end (: Tabitha was so sweet and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect.
