I have met some wonderful people and had the pleasure of speaking with many amazing people! This particular customer has made my job here the most memorable! This customer called me in regards to an energy efficiency program. He called with questions and concerns on the program but I was able to ease his mind simply by talking to him and getting all questions and concerns handled.
