“I am new to Pilates and appreciated the free introductory class which allowed me to evaluate if I were interested as well as how my body would perform. Attention was given to whether there were any injuries or other limiting factors and making modifications. Staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The center is beautiful, clean and well organized. I would recommend it.“
