The first surgery center I went to was a somewhat cold experience. I felt like I was moving along an assembly line. When I finally got to meet the surgeon, he walked in the door, looked at my neck, suggested a neck lift, and literally walked out. A coworker said her cousin had work done by Dr. Michael Gray years ago and raved about the experience. Based on that, I made my consult appointment. What a huge difference from my first consult. I immediately felt comfortable and was greeted by Margo, who has been with Dr. Gray for about 30 years! Now that says something. Dr. Gray's staff have been so kind and helpful during my process. I asked a TON of questions and they were very patient with me. Dr. Gray is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly...he made me feel comfortable! I did consultations with three other plastic surgeons before selecting Dr. Gray. I had brachioplasty on 4/11/25 and I'm BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS!
Kristen is absolutely amazing (as well as all the girls/ladies that I have dealt with. The Venus is making such a difference with my results and the Hydro Facial with the laser is wonderful!!!! I have been telling everyone about Kristen and your services!!!!
