Staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and inviting and most of all the actual workout is amazing to the point I look forward eagerly to the next session. I’m seriously considering getting the unlimited plan!

Very informative instruction at the intro class. Being my first time, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to keep up because I didn't know what I was doing. the instructor gave clear instructions, demonstrated on occasion, and corrected form as needed. loved it! I signed up right after the class!

I am new to Pilates and appreciated the free introductory class which allowed me to evaluate if I were interested as well as how my body would perform. Attention was given to whether there were any injuries or other limiting factors and making modifications. Staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The center is beautiful, clean and well organized. I would recommend it.
