Fortified Construction was contracted to do a full bathroom renovation on a condo we manage after a drain pipe in the wall was repaired by another company. They were unfortunately paid in full before they started and pulled off the job after demolition. They refused to get the correct permits, They refused to put any part of the bathroom back, The residents had no toilet, shower, or vanity sink for months. They pulled out all materials that were onsite that were there to do the job, they left nothing.They stated that the city was too hard to deal with and just pulled up and left.
