Doctor's are extremely nice and the office workers are extremely nice

The doctors are very nice and caring. However, the staff is careless. They do not call with important information on time. We have to chase them down. But they will not miss a second to call when it comes to payments. Customer service is the worst.

Dr. Kapadia takes the time to explain any issues related to your eyes. I have been going to see him for years.

I have been seeing Dr. Kapadia for around 16 years as a result of a detachment I had suffered in my right eye. The service, care and genuine concern he shows has me returning to them every year for my yearly eye exam.
