I worked with Kent Home Services to put in a concrete patio and sidewalk connected to the driveway. The finished work was done well and on time. The rain drains away from the house properly. Since I had a good experience the first time, I had them come back out for a polyaspartic coating in my garage. It looks so good.

Matt and Kent did a great job. The holes they drilled for leveling are nearly invisible. What I don't like is their requirement that the customer pay half before they schedule. Communication was poor. I got emails for the quote and follow up, but never got an email explaining when the work was scheduled. After two weeks, I called and was told that I missed the emails, but an email search showed no emails from them. I think I was forgotten until I called. I was planning to have them coat my garage floor in the Spring, but I am going to look for someone who doesn't demand money up front.
