Furnace went out on a Friday. They showed up within 30 mins and had my furnace back up and running an hour later to keep us warm for the weekend. Great family owned company that doesn't rip you off. Great service!
After not using the furnace for the summer, we attempted to turn the heat on 2 days ago, and it just didn't seem to be kicking on. My husband told me to turn it off and he'd look after work, assuming it was the pilot light. When he got home and had a chance to look, he realized it was something more, so the next morning I called and left a message with DeWeerd. It took maybe 2 hours for them to call back ( I had left my message on the non-emergent line) and I spoke with Jared, after explaining what was going on he said he could come out that afternoon. Our service tech was amazing! Fast and friendly. even put a screw in my door that would not close. He fixed it in 2 min. Was broken for a few years! Bless his heart. Great customer service.
