I lost the ability to connect to the internet on my XPS13. I took it in and Chris was able to determine that it was an easy fix and made the necessary corrections to get me up and running. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and super affordable - I highly recommend this business.

If you have an issue, the experience, brutal honesty, and effort from the owner/staff is here. Without a doubt if I need something with my PC fixed that I either don't have the time to do myself or just have absolutely no clue. Shoutout to these guys for always being professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I go there several times a week to drop off UPS packages and ask random questions. They always treat me with respect and clearly know what they’re taking about. As far as reviews saying prices are high, the knowledge these guys have is absolutely priceless and quality parts cost more than the cheap stuff that breaks fast. You get what you pay for!
