Great service from initial contact to home visit and estimate, and finally installation.
City inspectors came a week after install and even they commented how it was clear that Universal knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work.
The gentlemen that arrived were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They investigated my issue and proposed solutions. The work was done quickly. They also answered questions on other work that I would like down down the road. Would highly recommend.
Very professional. Put drop cloth on the floor to protect it.Did the wiring very neat located the new breaker panel to a new location without damaging the wall. Cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
