Arthur was prompt and professional. They did a fantastic job to minimize disturbance and maintain cleanliness of home while utilizing the hydro jet to clean our home’s pipe. My sump pump and back up both died and I wound up with water in my basement. I noticed one night after work, was able to schedule that night for the next day. They had a plumber come out to my house to see what was going on. JD is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was so nice and took the time to explain everything to me and talked me through what he was doing and why. He took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. He also referred me to a mitigation company because I wasn’t sure who to call. I appreciate JD and universal plumbing and sewer. This is the second time I needed something and called universal plumbing and sewer this year- first my furnace stopped working and then my sump pump and back up both went out and stopped working and I had a mess. It’s hard to know who to call some times. A friend of mine referred me and I’m happy he did! I would definitely recommend this company and JD to anyone who needs anything!
