I have used superior for both my furnace and water heater replacements. They are people of their word. The most amazing service call was 2 days before Christmas. I had a water leak at the heater tank. After trying to get the valve off the tank it was discovered that it was frozen and could not be removed! So guess what.. he went to home depot with me and I bought a new tank and he installed it for me. All for the same price as the leak repair cost. He didn't even try to up charge me. I will always have this type of work done by superior!!! They have earned my trust!

he walked me through how to resolve a frozen pipe problem, spent 20 minutes on a call, and then requested I call back to let him know results. Very refreshing to find that knowledge & patience. I offered to pay him, wouldn’t take any money. 5 star ++
