Mike and Pavel were super responsive, communicated everything very well and walked me through what they were doing and next steps. This company was very professional and friendly and I appreciate them getting things done here!
Pavel and Michael did a wonderful job explaining the process of what they were going to do and the different stages that were involved. They communicated before arriving and were on on-time. It was an excellent experience, and I would recommend them for floor restoration to anyone.
Hire these guys! Mike and his team were fantastic. We had a pipe burst in our rental home and sustained significant water damage to 3 floors of the house. I had never been through anything like this and wasn’t sure what to do. Rytech came out within the hour, got to work immediately, and really put my mind at ease.
They removed all debris, used industrial dehumidifiers and dryers to dry the house out and tested each room of the house thoroughly for moisture every day until the job was complete. They also worked directly with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and communicated with me every step of the way.
