I just had Oak electric service came to do the maintenance yesterday— the engineer is very kind, thoughtful and professional- he helped fixed the issue I even did not realized . Very good service ! Recommending
Oak Electric installed our whole house generator in 2021. Pricing was competitive and the installation was very professional, a clean install and the team did a nice cleanup of the site after the install. They’ve been doing my annual maintenance. Always on time and nicely done. Today they did a EV charger install. The pricing was competitive, as always. They did a great install and were quick. I highly recommend them!
We purchased our standby generator from Oak Electric and they have serviced it annually since it was installed 7 or 8 years ago. I have been very happy with their work and their responsiveness to questions and to one warranty issue I had with the unit. Our most recent annual maintenance service was performed by Ryan who was very thorough and also very happy to answer some questions I asked about the generator and its operation. I highly recommend Oak Electric if you are considering a standby generator or have one you need to have serviced.
