Ron B came out June 2, 2026 to replace my 30+ AC compressor. I live in a home overcl 100 years old, so this was not a simple job. He was professional, cleaned up after himself and kept me informed on everything including timing. He went above and beyond, even staying late on a Friday night to complete the job. I was very impressed with him and Nichols. Would definitely use again!

They came out on a Sunday and got the furnace fixed. Randy was wonderful can’t recommend enough!! Had a new furnace installed the next day by Griffin and Sammy and can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was

Randy Young, owner of Nichols, came out at 9 PM on Good Friday (!) to help with a heating emergency resulting from a power surge. I needed a new furnace and it was installed quickly. I had previously hired him and his team to install the original furnace many years ago, as well as to replace my air conditioning unit 3 years ago. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and super-accommodating are just some of the words I would use to describe him and his team. They have always come through for me at a very fair price. I highly, highly recommend them!
