I had sewage coming up into my basement floor through the floor drain. I called late on a Thursday evening and was desperate for help. The person I spoke to informed me that the crew was out on another call but assured me that they can still come out today.A couple of hours later I received a call asking if I would prefer them coming first thing in the morning as it was getting late. I stated that we were desperate and would have to goto a hotel if they didn't come out. He assured me that they could still come.The crew that arrived was professional, clean, and courteous. Haines Drains Was absolutely amazing. Came out within 20 minutes of calling. Had my problem fixed after three other companies failed. Explained future remedies, and how to do it yourself strategies as well. Great job!!
Had a sewer line leak. Was referred to Haines Drains Plumbing and Drain Cleaning by another company that came out and ascertained that the issue was beyond their abilities. We expected to have to wait despite it being an emergency situation with an unstoppable leak, but the two guys (forgot their names) arrived quickly and within the time window they stated on the phone. They were able to problem solve and locate the source of our issue and repair it without a bunch of unnecessary and costly work.
