Incredible service. Culligan unit finally died. Discharging non stop. Douglas water came out same day . Was able to do a quick fix and im getting a new unit installed next week.

Jason was nice enough to come out to explain a few issues we had going on. Took time to explain the proper procedures for the pre filter, and even deduced our well tank bladder was burst. No trying to sell me anything, only an education moment. When I do need a new softner system, Douglas will be my first call! Thank you Jason
