Had an estimate done while doing a free inspection. We were basically lucky the softener was even still working so if course it broke about a month later. Called them back to use the estimate but ended up with a bigger problem when the old softeners bypass valve wasn't working. So it was no water to the house or constantly be essentially running a faucet since the valve wouldn't close. They managed to get a tech out the next day, a Saturday morning, to install a new softener with working bypass valve. So grateful a tech wanted the Saturday pay so we could have our water on! Been working great ever since!
