I had an outstanding experience with Douglas Water Conditioning, and I especially want to recognize our service technician, Justin.
Justin came to our home to replace our water filters, install new pre- and post-filters in our water system, reprogram our water softener, and thoroughly test our well water. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure every part of our system was working perfectly before he left. His attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to doing the job right truly went above and beyond my expectations.

Eric Smith was GREAT to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. He sold us a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system which works great! Bryan installed the RO and he was great as well. We called customer service and Rachel was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to! Every member of the staff we dealt with was great! You don't find that often these days.
I would definitely recommend Douglas Water Conditioning in Waterford!
