Had Ed out to clean our duct vents and carpet at a new house we just bought and he did a great job. Explained everything to me and was very friendly. Will definitely use him again when needed in the future!

We had our air ducts cleaned & sanitized. Ed did a fantastic job for us. First, he confirmed that he would be on time in adverse weather. He cleaned and sanitized each vent thoroughly, showed us the results, and explained the reasoning behind having specific air filters to prevent problems in the future. I would recommend Ed and Bestway anytime.

I am beyond happy about this service! I had a dryer that wasn't drying so I called Bestway Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning, they came the very next morning, not even 24 hours after my first call!
Not only were they super helpful, they noticed that the vent had a gap between the vent and the attic, and he filled it in free of charge! He was quick, informative, and kind and not to mention extremely fair price.
