I had an excellent experience with Chris & Keith this afternoon--from the response time to the customer service I received. They were able to come out to my house same day and plow my driveway, including the walkway leading to the front door. Chris was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain everything before getting started. He quoted a fair price & I was able to process payment immediately. Once started, they were done in no time.I will definitely use Baypointe Lawn & Snowplowing again in the future!
