Went here for the first time to check it out and had an incredible experience. Emily was very professional and did a great job of making it a relaxing experience all while helping relieve me of a lot of the stiffness and stress I've been carrying in my shoulders and back.

Came straight to the reviews after my appointment... book your appointment right now. All of the staff I had encounters with here were so so sweet. I had a gift card and scheduled a facial with Olivia and it was the best self care thing I've ever done! Not only was she fantastic, but she really heard my concerns and addressed all of them. It was relaxing and everything I needed. Her aura is so calming and she was such a sweetheart! My skin looks and feels 10/10 right now. Can't wait for my next appointment!

My significant other and myself enjoyed a couples massage. The surroundings were perfect....calm, low light and low music....comfortable tables as well. Both Jenna and Cheryl were professional, very kind and listened to our needs. This was our first experience at LaVida's and we were not disappointed. Also, we were welcomed with smiles and friendly greetings. Appreciate the wonderful customer service. Even when I made the appointment over the phone, I was treated with respect and care. Thank you to everyone we interacted with.
