Chelsea always does a fabulous job!! I enjoy seeing her smile and hearing her laugh, we always have good conversations. She is wonderful at taking care of my nails, making sure they are strong and healthy. People always ask me who does my nails and nail art- they are very unique.

Came here back in April to treat my mom for her birthday. They were running a special on pedicures. When I called, I spoke with the receptionist and said not only could I get the special but because I was referred by a nail technician and I was a first time customer, I could get an additional discount on top of that. I was on a budget and asked her to confirm that I could get two discounts and she confirmed and said yes. After the service, I was told that wasn’t the case and made me pay more than what I was told. They said the receptionist I talked to was new and didn’t know what she was talking about (even though she confirmed it with someone else who works there.) The girls who performed the pedicures were originally very kind but turned to be very rude and quite bullying to be honest. I asked if they could call the manager and they quickly responded claiming the manager wouldn’t do anything. They became irritated and did nothing to make it right. Terrible customer service. You should always do what was told to the customer. Do not recommend and definitely not coming back.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent it from happening to someone else. I went in for a vibrant, multidimensional fantasy color (similar to the sunset galaxy style I showed the stylist), and what I left with was extremely disappointing.

The final result looked nothing like what I requested — the color was patchy, uneven, and completely lacked the vibrancy or blend I asked for. The green and yellow tones were overpowering and clashed with the faded, muddy roots. It honestly looked unfinished and nothing like the reference image I provided.

When I expressed my concerns, I was only offered a partial refund, which I feel was unacceptable considering the level of dissatisfaction and how far off the result was. The entire experience felt unprofessional — especially after trusting the stylist with such a bold and creative look.

I’ve attached several photos that show the outcome in different lighting and angles to be completely transparent. I’ve since had to attempt multiple color corrections at home, which shouldn’t have been necessary after paying for a professional service.

I hope this review encourages the salon to take client consultations and expectations more seriously moving forward.

Chelsea did an amazing job as always. My friends and family comment on how awesome by Detroit Tiger/birthday theme nails looked😊. I have already booked my next appointment!

I got the ultra pedicure yesterday and it was an awesome experience. They used a new product that is all organic and farm fresh. The products smelled so good I felt like I was having an aromatherapy session. All in all the experience was a great one and so relaxing! Chelsea is the best!
