This was my first time to this particular office as my cardiologist had just move here from another office. The office was very clean and staff very friendly, polite and professional. I had to do some new paperwork nothing that was overly complicated or time consuming.I was taken back with 15 minutes were my weight was taken and a brief history of my health background since I was new to the office which I appreciated the extra steps taken to make sure they had the most updated file on me.My doctor, Dr Clifford Weldon, I have been seeing him for over 22 years and have never been disappointed with the care I have received by him or the staff in any of the offices he has been affiliated with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a interventionist cardiologist. He is well versed in all areas of cardiology. You can be rest assured that your care and health are Dr Weldon's and the staff's main concern and that you are happy with the service/care that you have received and welcome any feedback.Appointments are recommend and they are accepting new clients. There is plenty of parking and handicap parking and entrance. Restrooms on-site and they are able to some lab workMost insurance accepted. Payment for rendered services are payable at the time of service.

I’ve seen various docs from this group and have found them to be nothing but professional, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Graham is my primary but I have seen him and Dr. Romanelli during a recent 2 week hospitalization and they were consistent, thorough and spent more time checking on me post surgically than my actual surgeons office. I’ve also recently been displaced due to the shutter of another, unrelated doctors office and they’ve bent over backwards to accommodate me and treat me until I can find a suitable replacement .

Some of the office staff at the warren office have attitudes. Sandy is the worst.

The doctors here are quite good, but if you spent your whole life looking, I absolutely promise you, you'll never find a more incompetent group office workers anywhere.

Some of the office staff at Woods Cardiovascular Internal Medicine on HALL ROAD are extremely incompetent. They failed to send my 84 yr old father's prescription to his correct pharmacy on 4/24/2014, instead sent it to mail order. After waiting weeks without any medications for him, we finally contacted the office again on 5/16/14 to get the prescription he needs immediately. On that Friday, the first person we spoke with was given the info for his LOCAL PHARMACY where we needed the script sent. They assured us it would be sent that very morning. By 2pm, it was NOT at the pharmacy. I called the office again and spoke with HEATHER, explained the whole situation all over again to her. She claimed to be very concerned. She got my pharmacy info again, repeated it back to me, then stayed on the phone with me as she supposedly got confirmation that the script was finally sent to the pharmacy. At 5pm I went to pick it up, but it wasn't there! They said they NEVER received it! Then I had to wait until MONDAY to contact the doctor office (A FOURTH TIME!) to get my father's script, so still he waits for his medication. Today (Monday) I call and speak with Franca. She was very kind and listened to the entire situation that I had to explain all over again. She said the script was called to the mail order pharmacy again on Friday morning, but there was no script sent out at all at 2pm when I was speaking with HEATHER, which means that HEATHER FLAT OUT LIED TO ME!! Franca was quick to resolve the problem by sending the script to the correct pharmacy right away. Now, after more than 5 weeks, my father might be able to get his medication. In the meantime, his condition has dramatically declined. This level of incompetence is uncalled for - should never happen at a professional office such as this!

I would like everyone considering visiting Woods Cardio to know how I was treated today. I arrived on time for my appointment today and discovered that my Doctor's name had been removed from the roster. When I inquired about it at the pharmacy, I was told that my doctor had moved. When I called the number on the card, I was very rudely asked why I was calling when I had not been there since October. I tried to explain that I only see the doctor every 3 months and she promptly hung up on me. I tried to recall and was hung up on again! I finally got got directions to the new office. I called again and was told that the receptionist didn't have my doctor's number handy and was put on hold for sometime. Finally the receptionist came back on the line and gave me my doctor's new number. WHAT IS GOING ON AT BEAUMONT ANYWAY? I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY AT AT DOCTOR'S OFFICE BEFORE. I hope message gets to the person in charge, I really would like an explanation and an apology! My Doctor has transferred to Henry Ford and was very upset about what was going on.
