Had water leak in crawl from failed toilet wax seal, underneath the Toilet. The toilet rocks or bumps at the back when rising from sitting. Techs got the water leak stopped, from bad toilet wax seal.
And they even did a new flapper inside the back toilet tank. They also did camera to see if clear from any roots or if any other sewer line on other side of house.
Both techs were very nice and the job went well.
Tech Dawson came out to do pre construction service to locate the existing sewer line. Very quick and efficiently located and marked the sewer line. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness this company showed me!! I have a city tree in front of my house and my basement flooded and ruined my new hot water tank. I had just replaced it last year out of my Disability settlement. So we won’t have hot water for awhile but at least I know when I replace it won’t get flooded again. Douglas was so kind to jet out my pipes at no cost to help me out. They did an amazing job! So if u need a great trustworthy plumber he’s your guy!! 10 stars out of 5!
