It’s the long, holiday weekend, 90 degrees and climbing. Despite that, Lomasney and Sons were responsive to my emergency. Paul came out on July 3rd exactly at our appointment time. He was very professional, removed his shoes when he entered the home and wore a mask. I have used this company in the past. They are very professional and have competitive prices. I highly recommend them.
On Thursday July 2nd at 5 PM, our A/C stopped working. I called several companies for assistance and no help was available until the following Monday or Tuesday. I called Lomasney and Sons, and Paul came out the following day (July 3rd) to evaluate the problem. He gave us options to repair or replace. We decided to replace the system. On Monday, July 6, Mike was here and installed a complete new AC system. Phenomenal customer service. No pressure. Very informative. Competitive pricing. They just did a great job. My condensing unit went out on a Sunday. It was not really hot, so I waited until Monday morning to call. The tech showed up same day and had the unit running within 30 minutes. The tech was very friendly and through. Great service!
