OMG THIS WAS A HELL OF AN EXPERIENCE! There was an error during my prep process & Lucas personally stuck with throughout my whole process. Due to the backup with IRS there was an added wait (completely out of Lucas control), every time I contacted them Lucas was with me every step of the way. With his leadership, we were able to successfully get my refund processed in full. He was very patient and kind with me while I wasnt always pleasant.
