After many years of doing our annual income taxes ourselves we decided to pass that responsibility to Heemer, Klein & Co. From year one (we think 1999) they’ve been great to work with. Our regular tax preparer, Karen D., was so helpful and friendly! She retired this year so we were given another competent preparer.
On a side note: I worked at a library that offered free tax forms from February+. One of our patrons picked numerous forms up at the library every single year. For years!
