This Mickey Shorr store was great and the people that works there were friendly and very knowledgeable to help you with what's good for you and what's not, based on the brand of the products. Especially, if you're shopping for mobile electronics for your vehicle and they would share some products that could be handy in the future and so on. A lot better than Best Buy from Madison heights when it comes to customer service and sales promotions, which is a huge plus. We be gladly to come back in the future for mobile electronics again, no doubt. They have great range variety of mobile electronics than Best Buy and the prices are reasonable too.

Purchased 2 remote starters for gifts. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install was completed quicker than expected and everyone couldn't be happier in these frigid temps :)

Great experience. Went in and talked to Geno about getting a system put in my car and he was really helpful and informative. For going in not knowing what I want or need, I left very happy. They take care of you here and great prices especially for the great work they do. Highly recommend
