There were 3 kind people from Gentle Touch who were involved in my home physical therapy. Marina, Sean, and Adi all took good care of me for the first 2 weeks after my joint replacement surgery. Each of them always called a few minutes prior to their arrival. They were professional and friendly. They were also thorough and kept me well informed about the stage of my recovery and what I could and couldn't do. Adi was my regular therapist and I coudn't have asked for anyone better! I was a patient after my surgery. a nurse and a physical therapist came to my house for a couple weeks after I got home from my surgery. I highly recommend this company. They were so helpful. They are very easy to talk too, and answered all my questions. I didnt feel like I was just another patient to them. Never felt rushed. They really made me feel at ease. It made my recovery so much easier. They really knew what they were talking about and they helped me a lot. Everyone I talked to from there was so nice and cared about how I was doing and genuinely wanted me to recover well, and I did. I feel great. Thank you.
Provided excellent care to my Aunt. Everyone we spoke to, the physical therapist and the nurse that visited my Aunt here at home was so helpful and knowledgeable. We all learned a lot. Calling the office was a pleasant experience as well, took time to answer all of our questions before services started and whenever we called for questions the nurse and the people at the office, either one we called, answered right away when we called, and they were always so nice and helpful.
