My dog is afraid of his own shadow. Every groomer I have tried in the past has cut him, kept him there from the 8:30 a.m. drop off until 1:30 in the afternoon, he's foaming at the mouth and traumatized. I explained all of that to Dani, and when we walked in she took him from my arms, told him how sweet and cute he was, promised him she would not hurt him, and I was there to pick him up within an hour. I saw the clearly posted cash only signs and she also took the time to explain her $40 overnight boarding policy for people who fail to pick up their pet before closing time, which I feel is 100% appropriate. 1st timer. I took my pup in for a nail trim. As I waited and observed the decor i noticed a sign not requiring tips but welcoming them it also read cash only. When my pup was done I asked is it cash only? Lexi seemed disgusted stating Yes it is. Well it would have been nice to know that before accepting to do the services. CASH ONLY sign should be BIG AND BOLD so customers can see/know. I work with the public and her attitude was completely sour afterwards. I asked if I could cash app and she THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME IT WOULD HAVE TO BE CASH. I tipped because of the speedy service but I will not be going back. I'll keep looking for the customer service I deserve.
