They did not have a wait which was wonderful. The staff was very nice/accommodating. Waxing chair was just a regular folding chair which was uncomfortable, but for no wait and good service I will deal with it!!!

I came here with my wife and sister. I got a pedicure and they both got manicures (nail art) and pedicures as well. Everything was fine until it was time to pay. Well, before that my wife was getting her eyebrows done and basically had to flag the one lady down for her to do them. She was complaining about wanting to go home in her native language, and thought we didn't catch it. Meanwhile my wife asked when we first came in about her eyelashes. Then when it was time to pay the same chick that was complaining about going home turned off the card machine and thought I was going to let my wife try and pull out over $400 from an ATM for the work. Had a pedicure here yesterday, and customer service could have been better. The pedicure was mediocre and could have been a little more intense. I left this place feeling as though I needed to go get a pedicure.
