I have always loved this store. I have tried a few others but always come back here! Mary is phenomenal. She had huge shoes to fill when Tiff left and I say she’s did that and then some! Always pleasant, always clean and they treat you like family. Been coming here over 10 years-perhaps more and will stay at this store always. Thanks Mary and girls for making me so comfortable!

I just have to say the customer service at the 12 mile & Ryan location is amazing! I didn’t get the girls name who helped me, (she had reddish hair)lol! but she was extremely helpful and nice. Answered all my questions and helped me out once I got there! Will definitely be coming back!

I love the 12 and Ryan location. It’s always super clean and has a really calming, spa-like vibe. The staff is great, and Mary is one of my favorite employees! she’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always helps me find products that work for me at prices I can afford.
The red light therapy is a huge plus and something I really enjoy! Everything is well maintained, the process is easy, and I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I’m there. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable tanning salon with great customer service, the 12 and Ryan location is definitely the place to go!
