These guys are the real deal. Very professional. There was a problem with one of our rentals and they immediately came out and swapped us with a new one. Highly recommend. Craig was very professional and friendly. Definitely deserves a raise.

The customer service is second to none. The moment you walk in to Chet’s you feel like your at a mom and pop shop, filled with warm smiles. I rented a stump grinder and it broke during the day, they sent out out there lead technician Paris within the hour. Paris had the stump grinder up and running within a hour. They also credited me for my inconvenience. I would highly recommend Chet’s rental to anyone

I have rented from the Warren location for the last 5-6 years. Yes, early on, the manager was terrible. He seemed to act like you were stealing his tools, he'd argue with what you were doing, just a smug a*** But he has moved on and since, everybody there has been great. Especially the guys behind the counter. Respectful, and knowledgeable, they saved me money, offered better alternatives to my original ideas on getting issues resolved. The people out in the yard are cut fro. The same cloth. Always friendly, helpful. Will always be my first choice When I need the big stuff To get things done.
