The facility was very clean and very well lit. I just have a problem with Beaumont using a form at all their facilities ask specifically ask what you would prefer to be called. Each time I complete a registration form I write on the form that I prefer to be called “Mrs. Connally”. My request is ignored every time. It is frustrating to me to have my request ignored. I am a widow and I feel disrespected on so many levels.
The receptionist was WONDERFUL? and BOTH NURSES AND THE DOCTOR WERE PHENOMENAL‼️ they took their time were friendly, kind and showed they CARED‼️ it’s the second time I have been to this facility and both times were WONDERFUL?‼️
Corewell Health Urgent Care in Warren is very clean and the staff is very professional and thorough. The doctor assessed my condition and prescribed me medication that really helped bring me some relief and peace of mind! The only reason why I won’t give 5 stars is because I had an appointment for 11:20 AM and they took rather long to see me. I was in a lot of discomfort and was hoping to be seen at my scheduled time, which is why I scheduled an appointment rather than walking in.
