Consistent, caring, professional, and transparent—those are just a few words I’d use to describe my experience with Dr. Carter and the team. I scheduled my first appointment after experiencing significant neck and back pain following surgery, and they were able to get me in the same day. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. They took the time to walk me through my insurance plan and clearly explained what my co-pay would be, which I really appreciated—no surprises. I came in with debilitating back pain. After X-rays and explaining what is causing my back pain they started me on a plan to get me back to health. After 5 weeks I went from hardly being able to stand to almost pain free! Thank you Dr. Carter and Dr. Randy O’Dell and all the amazing staff!
I went in without an appointment and Dr Carter and the team worked cheerfully thru their break to help me.
Registration, consultation, x-rays, consultation, adjustment, and another consultation all done.
Now I don’t want to say I’m healed (yet!), but I feel better mentally knowing there is a path to feeling better.
My last visit was 2011 and they still had my records and x-rays!
