West MI Door is an example for what 'customer service' should look like. The office staff (Jennifer, Sarah) could not be any more helpful, kind or generous with help. The technicians are absolutely the most competent you will ever find. I know, having worked with other vendors. Their prices are fair and competitive. Seriously, give them a try.
We had them out twice now and both times they were a pleasure to work with. They replaced a dented door panel section and replaced two openers. Made quick work of both. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future garage door issues.
West Michigan Door just installed a new residential garage door at our house. They were wonderful to work with every step of the way. The sales staff was very helpful. The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond in making sure our new remotes and remote keypad were up and running before they left. The garage door is quiet, attractive, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
